At BLANK ROOM, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Return and Exchange Period

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of receipt.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product shows no signs of use, including washing, strange odors, or damage.
  • All original tags, seals, and security stickers from BLANK ROOM and the brand remain intact.
  • The product includes all accessories, warranty cards, and gifts (if any).
  • The product box is undamaged, not dented or torn.
  • A video recording of the unboxing process (from the moment the package is opened) must be provided.
    • If no unboxing video is available, BLANK ROOM reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange under any condition.

3. Shipping and Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be applied.

4. Final Sale Items

  • Earrings and other final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policy.
