1. Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers:

a. Standard Shipping (Nationwide)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days (depending on destination).
  • Applicable for all provinces and cities across Vietnam.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

b. Express Delivery (24-Hour Service)

  • Delivery within 24 hours for major routes, including:
    Hà Nội – Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội – Đà Nẵng, Hồ Chí Minh – Đà Nẵng, and other selected routes.
  • Available for in-stock items confirmed before the daily cutoff time (12:00 PM).
  • Delivery time may vary slightly depending on courier and weather conditions.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, delivery method, and parcel weight/size.
  • The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Promotional periods may include free shipping or discounted delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+7) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the provided shipping address and contact information are correct.
  • Couriers may contact you prior to delivery to confirm address or time.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Upon receipt, please inspect the parcel and record an unboxing video to ensure product integrity.
  • If there are any issues (damaged packaging, missing items, etc.), please contact our hotline immediately for assistance.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

BLANK ROOM is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service errors, customs inspections, or incorrect delivery information.
  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    We will, however, make every effort to assist in resolving such issues quickly.

7. In-Store Pickup (Optional)

Customers may also choose to pick up their order in person at our boutique:
